The preferred site contains a portion of land which is classified as Community Land – specifically CT5806/888 (Allotment 1396 Deposited Plan 55074). This allotment is located on Olympic Way between the Roxby Downs race course and Roxby Downs golf course. This portion of land is subject to a licence held by the Roxby Downs Golf Club.
